Son of Ruth and Ben Price. Brother of Norma Price Blach and Harry D. Price of Benkelman, Nebraska. Attended Blach School and Yuma High School where he was in top 10 of graduating class in 1950 with scholarship to Regis College in Denver. After graduating worked for American Lady Bakers in Denver. Enlisted on December 1, 1950 and trained at San Diego. Member Antitank Company, 7th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division. Awarded Purple Heart.
