Light Their Way Home Luminaria Event has been postponed
After much discussion and deliberation, the Colorado Freedom Memorial Foundation has decided to postpone our Annual Luminarias Event until March 2025. Out of consideration for our staff, volunteers, and visitors we are postponing the event until a time with more optimal weather will be available. We plan on having our event in conjunction with the groundbreaking of our new Visitors Center.
We at the Colorado Freedom Memorial hope you understand our reasoning behind this difficult decision, and we hope you will join us again in March to celebrate the lives lost in service to our freedoms.

The Colorado Freedom Memorial is located in Springhill Park, a part of the City of Aurora parks system. If you would like to schedule an event at the Memorial, please contact us at least 60 days prior to your preferred date to see if it’s available and if your event is eligible.
