Tsgt Marsh's only living child, a daughter, is aged 87 (as of March 2024).  She has confirmed that he was born in Alma, MI in the hospital where he was raised for the first part of his life.  His grandfather, Ira Brainerd, was a doctor and built the first hospital in Alma, MI.  Warren’s mother was a nurse at the hospital.  To be born in a hospital that is also your home is a rare piece of family history that should not be lost to time.
