PFC Louis J. Lusin enlisted in the Regular Army in Colorado on 9 October 1940. PFC Louis J. Lusin was accidentally killed by a pistol shot. Pistol was accidentally dropped when Private Lusin was dismounting from his vehicle, causing it to discharge, at new area at Membach, Belgium, at approximately 14:00 hours.
