Crewman of Battery D, 15th Antiaircraft Artillery Automatic Weapons, 7th Infantry Division. Went MIA during combat operations. Declared dead, remains never recovered. Brother of Robert E. Gomez of Trinidad, John E. and Richard V. Gomez of Brigham City, Utah, Mrs. Tony Beatrice Gallegos Corinne and Mrs. Joel Nice Morales of Brigham City and Mr. Juhn S. Lucille Garcia of El Paso, Texas.
