Also known as Harry William Butler. Son of Lester and Mary Butler. Brother of 11 siblings including Norman, Paul, Maurice, John, Wilbur, and David Butler and Jane Butler Novack, Ruth Butler Dennison, Hannah Butler Blackburn, Sarah Butler Barner and Lois Butler Greenlee. Graduated Colorado School of Mines in 1940. Died when B-17 was shot down at England. Cenotaph at Summit Ridge Cemetery in Dolores.
