Biography
Don't know a lot. He was the son of Italian Immigrants. Grew up in Denver, CO. Attended public schools. Graduated from North High School in Denver, CO. He excelled in sports and went on to attend the University of Colorado. He joined the service I believe in April of 1943. He was kIA just before the war ended in May of 1945.
Circumstances
The Plane In Which He Was Flying (Pby), A Unit Of Patrol Bombing Squadron Seventeen, Left The Uss Tangier On A Routine Night Anti-Shipping Search. They Were Spotted By A Jap Destroyer Which Opened Fire On Them And Destroyed His Ac. His Body Was Never Found!
