Son of LaMonte M. and Alma V. Green. Brother of Willie LaMonte Green. Worked as chemist. Educated in Military Academy at Denver and enlisted in United States Regular Army on September 1, 1917. Trained at Camp Johnston in Florida and assigned to Motor Supply Train No. 413. Sent overseas in July 1918 and reassigned to 436th Motor Truck Company. Died at Base Hospital No. 45. Originally buried in cemetery of the "Justice Group" west of Toul, France.
