Biography
LTC Cook was a member of the 301st Phillippine Field Artillery Regiment. He was imprisoned at Camp Number:1 at Cabanatuan in the Phillippines. He survived the sinking of the prison ship Oryoku Maru on December 13, 1944. He is listed upon the Tablets of the Missing at Manilla American Cemetery.
