Frank William Clark was a Denver, Colorado native. His parents are Francis R. and Gertrude R. Clark, both now deceased. He is survived by his brothers,  Thomas M Clark,  Michael J Clark and sister Kathleen T. Aspeslagh.

PFC Clark graduated from St. Francis DeSales High School in 1965 and volunteered for the Marine Corps only months later.  He served as a rifleman with the 3rd Marine Division, 2nd Battalion, 9th Marines, F Company.  He was KIA on March 18, 1966.

PFC Clark was also posthumously promoted to Lance Corporal.
